Terms of Use
The rules for using Trama, in plain language. By creating an account or using Trama you agree to them.

The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and LOCOLTD Tech Ltda, CNPJ 61.801.879/0001-65, Av. Vicente Machado, 160, Conj. 0023, Centro, CEP 80420-010, Curitiba/PR, Brazil (“Trama”, “we”). If you use Trama for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you can. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
The service
Trama is a web app for teams to plan and track work: boards, tasks, documents, time tracking, invoices and pay links, with an HTTP API, an MCP server for AI assistants, integrations (GitHub, GitLab, GRUPIM) and a free invoice generator on the website. Features change over time; we try not to take away something you rely on without notice.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give a real e-mail address you control. You sign in with a code sent to it.
- Keep access to your e-mail, your API keys and connected apps safe: what is done with them counts as done by you. Tell us at hello@ontrama.com if you think someone else got in.
- One account per person. Don't share it; invite people instead.
Workspaces and roles
Work lives in workspaces. Whoever creates a workspace is its owner; admins manage its settings, members, billing, invoices and integrations, members create and edit, and viewers only look. Admins decide who gets in and what they can see, and are responsible for the people they invite. A workspace's plan, limits and content belong to the workspace, not to any one member.
Acceptable use
Don't use Trama to:
- break the law or someone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- store or share malware, illegal content, or content that exploits children;
- send spam or harass people, including through invitations, comments or pay links;
- defraud anyone, including with invoices or pay links for things that weren't agreed;
- probe, overload or break Trama, get around plan limits or rate limits, access other people's data, or scrape the service outside the API;
- resell Trama or build a competing service by copying it.
Your content
What you and your team put in Trama is yours. You give us the permission we need to host, copy, process, display and send it, only to run Trama for you: show it to the people you share it with, back it up, render PDFs, deliver notifications, and pass it to the integrations and apps you connect. We don't claim ownership and don't use it for advertising.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to put it in Trama, including other people's personal data (such as your clients' details on invoices). Pages you publish by link can be read by anyone with the link until you unpublish them.
Plans and billing
- Free is for one person and a collaborator, with limits listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are per workspace: a base price that includes some members, plus a price for each extra member. Viewers are free.
- In Brazil, plans are charged in reais by Pix, renewing through Pix Automático; elsewhere, in US dollars by card through Stripe. Prices are on the pricing page and in the workspace's Billing settings when you subscribe; taxes may apply.
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. The amount of each period follows the members the workspace has when it's charged. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for; then the workspace goes back to Free.
- If a payment fails, the workspace keeps its plan for 7 days, then goes back to Free. Going over a Free limit never deletes anything: you just can't add more until you archive something or upgrade.
- We may change prices or limits; changes to a paid plan apply from your next period, after notice by e-mail or in the app.
- Refunds. If you are a consumer in Brazil, you can withdraw from a first purchase within 7 days and get your money back (Consumer Defense Code, art. 49). Otherwise payments are not refundable, except when the law requires or at our discretion.
- Founders. Workspaces that existed when plans launched are Founders workspaces: free forever, with everything included, under these same terms.
Invoices and pay links
Invoices you make in Trama are between your workspace and your client. Trama is not a party to them, doesn't check what is billed and isn't responsible for whether or when you get paid. An invoice is not a Brazilian nota fiscal; issuing tax documents and paying taxes is up to you.
With a pay link, clients pay into your own accounts: by Pix to your Pix key, or by card to the Stripe account you connect. Trama never holds the money and charges no fee on these payments. Card payments are governed by your agreement with Stripe, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement; refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe Dashboard.
API, MCP and integrations
You can use the API and the MCP server, including through AI assistants, within these terms and the rate limits. Whatever an app or agent you connect does with your access counts as done by you; you can revoke it at any time in Connected apps. Third-party services you connect (GitHub, GitLab, GRUPIM, Stripe, AI assistants) have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep Trama available, fast and backed up, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit a particular purpose, as far as the law allows. Keep copies of what you can't afford to lose; the API and exports exist for that.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Trama is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data caused by things outside our control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Trama in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Brazilian law, or liability that can't be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Trama and delete your account at any time in Account settings (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, telling you why when we can; for serious or illegal abuse, immediately. If we ever shut Trama down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Curitiba/PR, except that a consumer may always sue in the courts where they live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For changes that matter we tell you by e-mail or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Using Trama after that means you accept them. Questions: hello@ontrama.com.
