How plans work
Short answers to what people ask most about plans and prices.
What counts as a member?
Members are the workspace’s admins and members, plus anyone added to one of its boards with more than view access without being in the workspace. Paid plans include some members in the base price; each one after that adds the price per extra member.
Do viewers cost anything?
No. People who can only view a workspace or a board are free on every plan, however many you invite.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted or locked. Everything you already have keeps working; Trama only stops you from adding more, such as another board or a bigger file, and says what to do: archive something or move to a bigger plan.
Why reais and dollars?
Workspaces in Brazil pay in reais; everywhere else pays in US dollars. They’re separate prices set for each market, not a conversion, so they don’t follow the exchange rate. Switch currency at the top of the plans.
What is the Founders plan?
Every workspace that existed before plans launched is a Founders workspace: free forever, with everything included. There’s nothing to do, and it stays that way.
How will I pay?
By card in US dollars from anywhere (Visa or Mastercard), or in Brazil by Pix in reais, renewed with Pix Automático. Monthly or yearly; yearly costs ten months. Upgrade from the workspace's Plan & billing settings; cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Are the invoices I make in Trama a nota fiscal?
No. Invoices in Trama are bills you send your clients, in any currency. They aren’t a Brazilian nota fiscal (NFS-e); issue that through your city’s system or your accountant.
